Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Baby Bites PLAZA PERPINYA, 10 LOCAL 1 - 17820 BANYOLES (GIRONA), of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post). You may also inform us of your right to withdraw from this contract by sending an e-mail to info@babybites.es

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received by you, including the initial shipping costs of your order.

The time limit for us to make this refund will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is satisfied first.

We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

In the event of a withdrawal you must return to us and bear the direct cost of the costs incurred in returning the products to us:

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

The following conditions relating to exchanges and returns of our products do not apply in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of purchase of the product to proceed to exchange or return.

In the event that the product is in poor condition, will be exchanged for another of the same model or the same repaired. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the new product or repair. You will be informed immediately of the status of the claim and you can decide whether to ask for a refund or wait for the new product.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item Baby Bites will bear the cost of shipping the faulty item.

If there is a refund, the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.

Only in the following cases Baby Bites will bear the costs of return and shipping (round trip) of the new item once the defect has been checked:

- If the size or color of the model is not the one requested by the client.

- If you have received an incorrect or defective item.

- If we send you the wrong product.

Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (which you must provide us by post) within the next few days. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

Baby Bites reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

The refund of the amounts will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the time the order is returned and in the same means of payment with which the purchase was paid (bank card) unless you choose another means of payment.

If you made the payment of your order through your PayPal account and you return the product on our warehouse, we will refund the order directly on your PayPal account.
